# Team & roles

> Invite teammates to a workspace and control what they can change.

Bring teammates into a workspace so everyone can see what's working — and control who can change
settings.

## Roles

| Role       | Can do                                                                          |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**  | Everything, including inviting/removing members and changing workspace settings |
| **Member** | Use the workspace and view its data; cannot change workspace-level settings     |

Workspace-settings changes (domains, branding, integrations, billing) are limited to Admins —
*"Only workspace admins can change these settings."*

## Invite teammates

    Go to **Settings → Team**.

  <Step title="Enter emails and a role">
    Add one or more email addresses and choose **Member** (default) or **Admin**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the invitations">
    Each invitee receives an email invitation link. Pending invitations are listed and can be
    revoked before they're accepted.

  Invitations are delivered by email and are single-use. Accepting an invitation adds the person to
  that workspace with the role you set. Revoking a pending invitation invalidates its link.

## Members across workspaces

Team membership is per workspace. Someone can be an Admin in one workspace and a Member in another,
or belong to only one. Switching workspaces changes which team a person is acting within. See
