# Messaging & email kits

> Chat one-to-one with your partners and give them ready-made email templates that carry their own tracking link.

Keeping partners active is mostly about communication. TrackRev gives you a direct message channel
to each partner and reusable email kits they can personalise and send from their own tools.

## Messages

Open **Affiliate program → Messages** to chat one-to-one with any partner in your programme. It's a
simple thread list plus a conversation pane. Unread replies raise a red badge on the Messages nav
item.

Partners reply from their own portal at **Messages**, where their threads are grouped by brand — so
a partner who works with several merchants keeps each conversation separate.

## Email kits

Email kits are templates you write once and partners send themselves — each partner gets a copy
with **their own tracking link pre-embedded**.

  **TrackRev never sends email on your behalf.** Email kits are copy-and-send templates — partners
  send from their own tools, which keeps deliverability and compliance with the sender. The kit
  just guarantees every partner uses a correctly-tracked link.

  Pair email kits with a [welcome message](/affiliate/create-program#optional-sections) on the
  programme and an occasional broadcast via Messages to keep newly-approved partners active in
  their first week — the period when most affiliate programmes lose people.
