# Assisted migration

> For PartnerStack, Impact, ShareASale/Awin, Post Affiliate Pro, and Everflow — send us what you have and we'll map and load it.

Some platforms don't give merchants a self-serve export of their partner data. Networks in
particular (Impact, ShareASale/Awin) hand it over as reports whose shape depends on your contract,
and PartnerStack, Post Affiliate Pro, and Everflow all need per-account mapping before the data
means anything.

For those, use **Contact support** next to the platform in **Settings → Migration**.

## What we need

<Steps>
  <Step title="Your partner list">
    Whatever export the platform gives you — partner names, emails, referral codes, and status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your terms">
    Commission rates, and which partners are on non-standard ones. If your programme has tiers,
    say which partner is in which — we'll build them as [groups](/affiliate/commissions).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Outstanding balances">
    What you still owe each partner, so their first TrackRev payout is correct.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Whether codes must be preserved">
    Tell us if partners have published links you can't afford to break — it changes the order we
    do things in.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What happens next

1. You submit the request from **Settings → Migration** with a reply-to email. It's recorded on
   your workspace and appears in your **Import history**.
2. We reply within one business day with exactly which files we need.
3. We map and load the data into a campaign you've set up, and send you the same per-row result
   summary a self-serve import produces.
4. You review the imported affiliates before you switch your signup link over.

<Note>
  Assisted migrations are free on every paid plan. The import itself is the same code path as the
  self-serve one — the difference is who does the column mapping.
</Note>

## Prefer to do it yourself?

If you can get a CSV of partners out of the platform — even a partial one — the self-serve
importer takes it. Choose **Any other platform** and map the columns yourself; see
[Migrate from any other platform](/affiliate/migration/other-platforms).
